I don't agree. The private U.S. firm is in financial crisis and has no product after many years of research. Buying the failing company with common shares dilute our share value. Dilution alone is ...more

News sounds quite interesting what with Siva being a long standing private U.S. firm. Timelines appear to be lengthy as usual in Pharma but it is, or at least, seems to be, better than where we were.

SONA can move very fast. perhaps 0.40-0.5 in pipe
