Would be nice to see insiders loading up before the year end blackout period kicks in. The share price still has a long way to go before it's reflective of fair value IMO.

Lack of Management and Board ownership is weak and dissapointing but not new. I wonder if tax loss selling is simply pushing the stock down - it's that time of year. CFX should get gobbled up at ...more

Lack insider ownership doesn't instill much confidence.  Clearly management and directors are just at Canfor to clip a paycheck. This misalignment of incentives translates to poor operating ...more

No kidding. The paper business alone is worth $75M+.   At this valuation, the pulp mills are free. West Fraser just sold their 2 BCTMP pulp mills for US$120M (CAD$165M).  Northwood ...more
