hmm.. just read their buyout PR again and I guess CFX is up cause you can elect to get shares of CFP instead of just $0.50 so thats why...

CFX is trading at $0.53 while the CFP purchase price is $0.50.  Weird.  Anyone know the reasoning?  Just a short squeeze...
