BMO buyer took half of all volume today nearly. That's who usually Artis-Sandpiper uses. So it could certianly be them, we'll see soon. 40,000k ish.

ARTIS HAS NOT FILED SINCE 6/21

As they are a 20% holder, are they not obligated every 30 days, or whatever it is? Does anyoune know the rule If they havent bought in past 30 days then thats kinda weird maybe blackout rules?
