RE:DF unit nav to AUg 6 = approx; $14.99
Actually, I think it has a good chance and better value than DFN. Monday's selloff appears to have been caused more by the BoJ than US recession worries. If the market rebound can hold in

DF unit nav to AUg 6 = approx; $14.99

DF unit nav realtime = approx; $14.94
DF held onto a smaller % of cash last report, so if that is still the case, DF would have lost 45 cents in UNIT NAV .. compared to only 40 for DFN.

hi all, wow what another day and was it just that bad again? I would say yes if you look at it as a bad day. I see it as another opportunity to get in at lower prices and if you held onto cash. Now

Quadravest updates UNIT NAV @ $15.39 to JUly31
SO was only 1 penny lower than DFN at that point. Today the UNIT NAV would be 32 cents lower, and that puts it at $15.06 to AUg 2 .. Commons have a value of $5.06.. not sure why the beatdown was

DF unit nav to AUg 1 = approx: $15.28
Just a guess here as we need to see Quadravest update, but I am very sure DF is still well above the 15$ threshhold.

Halfway thru the day DF unit nav @$15.24
Showing a loss of 17 cents , and the bigger cash position in DFN, helping them today . DF with a 4% cash position is falling quicker.

Realtime UNIT NAV for DF = approx; $15.28
So down about 12 cents today.. if my spreadsheet is close... Under 5 $ seems like an overreaction to the correction in the markets. Mostly financials getting hit.

DF unit nav to July 31 = approx; $15.56
Showing a gain of 38 cents since the midmonth update...has basically caught up to DFN now... both should trade near the same price... Commons have a value of about $5.41 here and trading

RE:DF unit nav to July 30 = approx; $15.34 before dist.
OOPS my mistake, that should have read $15.44 before distributions ... DF gained about 26 cents since midmonth. So DF commons are valued at about $5.29 after distributions... so shoud be
