The other problem is that with the time line given by Tinto, others that have tried to file for dissent have been told that it would be highly unlikely that the paper work could be filed on time. A ...more

Yes, the link to the OSC portal is flawed.  Just Google "OSC complaint" and proceed from there.  As I said, minutes to complete and greatly helps our cause.
