keep buying back shares
TII still buys back their share (house 16). I expect once their consolidation approves, they will start buying large amount of share before the consolidation actual date....push up the price + better

I would suggest your observation is anecdotal and not statistical but I haven’t looked at any studies. GCM did a 15-1 consolidation two years ago and the stock is up over 100% from then and was up

Usually reverse splits aren't good because there are ouside pressures that are forcing the company to do the deed. Like retaining compliance because of a minimum bid price eg. $1 for NASDAQ.

i personally think 1-5 is better than 1-10. i never see any company that do well in stock price after consolidation of 1-10.

Some institutional investors can't buy low dollar stocks. Also some small shareholders will probably get cash if they end up with less than 100 shares.

They've also added about $50 million CDN in projects this quarter. That's about 25% in additional projects in one quarter, not too shabby.

Last year they talked about a dividend or an acquisition at the AGM but have done nothing. Now with Urbancorp in the rear view, maybe things can change.
