My understanding here is that with ceo.ca, you need to pay

a subscription firt before you can post. So, for me, I'm not payin any $$ for it. So, for those who are doubting me about my takeover price will just have to live with my thoughts on it! Like ...more

AS Steven Dean said, many of v.ARTG's peer developers are being acquired or have been acquired; hence, if you read in between the lines here, v.ARTG is a takeover target indeed! $40 is my call!! A ...more

v.ARTG moving back to $14 tomorrow :) :)

truly, as ARTG CEO Steven Dean said, insiders(re: staff/mgmt) own 38% of the shares so they are in control of their own destiny! $40 is still my take out price here for ARTG!!!
