Since no extension from BP , expect PR on BP opting out

GIII can or will not provide any guidance anymore , this project is at risk. Major risk for obtaining financing and even more for losing their offtake agreement with BP.

Original financing conditions completely off the table

Ebitda dropping from 240 to 230 M

This is significant taking into consideration that the previous Ebitda guidance was based on WTI in the 75 to 80 $ range , while the new guidance is based on WTI around 110 $.
