Iamgold is actually buying all the daily sellers in the market with different brokerage firms. This way, they will have to issue less shares ( less dilution) at the time the trasaction will close ...more

There's such a disconnect  between vsr value and share price,   hence low ball bid by IMG, no deal for me. It's  a hold , 2024 gold prices will rise  as interest rates ...more

he simply says that in the current circumstances, IMG's offer is fair and that VSR shareholders will possibly benefit from an increase in Iamgold's shares.
