RE:Paul Tudor Jones
I would rather be on Warren's side who recognizes that the markets are not cheap and would rather hold t-bills instead of over valued equities. Go ahead and be a fomo investor while you wave your

XRE high volume alert 2 days in a row
The rotation is real, but who is getting out? All we need is that 50bp tomorrow with some dovish guidance and the 10year to retreat from 4.20 like down 5-10 cents, and its going to be

RE:Paul Tudor Jones
Oh man, if only we dumped our millions in BITCOIN in 2022 and 20k when they started raising rates we would have a 500% return....not barely "break-even" or down a bit in HR/ARTIS

I think at this stage in the GAME
Riocan, HR, PMZ, DIR high quality real estate, low payout ratio reits should have 4.5%-5% yields. Riskier stuff 6-7% yields Yields are still 0.50-100bp too high for most reits IMO
