There were no warrants or options that existed under 5 cents per share exercise price. No one is going to exercise and then sell at a massive loss, makes no sense. As for anything else , management ...more

Management combined doesn't even have 3 M shares.  KR has less than 2M and Driver has close to a million. that is 3% of the float, not the best of signs. also, Crown Vic..... who excercised ...more
