I THINK MOST CAD REITS

Should be 10% higher at least.  The heloc and interactive broker borrowing rates will soon be below most reit yields and some by 3% margins

Nothing showing any opening move on my screen for Artis nor Riocan. Also my U.S. reit O is showing opened and up over $63.00 gain today but at its former closing price, very strange, anyone seeing ...more

So, bad enough I gotta rub my eyes in the morning to adjust to seeing my trading screen, and low and behold the bid ask for ARtis is $36.00-$36.09! So I'm rubbing them till it hurts! Not sure I ...more
