This morning, in my CAD account at RBC, I saw my old APHA shares converted to TLRY shares. I am not sure if I can trade them yet, as I see APHA shares still there. It looks as change is coming. I hope ...more

Difficult to imagine that some APHRIA shareholders would still support this merger’s dealmaker. While TLRY heads speedily lower, I as an APHA shareholder end up with nearly 20% lower shares of my ...more

I'm not perfectly sure but i believe that if you own aphria shares in the U.S.  you will continue to own Tilray shares on the U.S. exchange and if you own Aphria shares on the TSE you will ...more

One more day, May 4th, to trade under APHA.  Starting May 5th, your Aphria shares will be converted ( X .8381 ) to Tilray shares and traded on the TSX under TLRY. I am not sure why it took so ...more

I just did the calculation of the 2 companies and they are now within 3 cents.  So at this point, it doesn't matter which one you buy (or sell).   Also, the handleing of this merger ...more
