It is interesting that creditors are calling for 500 million. They get paid after dip loan, moelis commission and court costs. One of the reasons for needing to see all bids is the varying parameters

From reading this court proposal it gives me the impression that bids to date would not cover all debts owed to creditors. I may be wrong but i would think that a chapter 11 plan to wind up

The interesting part in this ,which will soon be revealed is where does PALA fit in the scheme. They will not be walking away empty. Walking away with a mine on the cheap i suspect.
