I believe today was the last day to file a K-10 (sry not sure what this is). A delay may risk them to default but they are looking for an extension. But definitely not good news. Waiting to get back ...more

Not handing them in on time would result in default, in talks with lenders to avoid that according to The news release I found on Yahoo Canada.
