Based on what SJR Preferreds are doing..... I would say $40.50 are in the cards most likely.  Given there's no guarentee that the Preferreds will be Redeemed, for them to spike up like this ...more

I bought more yesterday.  Before the merger talk, analyst price target for the stock is at $32.  There is a 3.4% dividend yield even the deal does not going thru.  Shaw has not sit idle ...more

I too think the merger is a good synergy merger with forseeable saving that will bring the combined company to be a strong player in the space.  As the news release suggested, the 5G is not even ...more

Why BCE? It has a higher PE, higher Payout Ratio (more risky dividend).  Now with Rogers and Shaw merger, it will for the 2nd biggest company in the space with lower P/E and lower Payout Ratio ...more
