"Carried interest" on Real Estate is by far BN's largest.

Meanwhile, BPY bleeding RED.     Page 80 in presentation.

If you talk to Carena.... she will tell you that what BN reports differs greatly from what BPY/BPO reports.   "disinvestment" doesn't seem positive to me.

Carena ASSUMES this and says "  I have come to the conclusion that because of the BPY guarantee, we can just look to each BPO pref prospectus on the BPO website in terms of the timing ...more

I emailed them on a fail for the floaters in April.  Perhaps I overstated the problems.  Hopefully they get it right going forward!  Thx for your efforts.

"Why is it such a mess every quarter?" BPO does not send public press releases confirming dividends. Actually BPO has been pretty good feeding the dividend information to the TSX in ...more

I could be wrong.... maybe it's TMX that's in the wrong and

BPO gave notice.   I would consider BPO giving TMX notice as a "public new release" as once the TMX post such information, it's posted for all to see at the same time.  ...more

Pierre and company must have horseshoes up the rear

for not being broke given their lack of common sense and logic and sever bias in information/data interpretation.
