Nice price even if the NAV is lower. All in all the divy is what is GREAT. I pull in just over $950 a month. AND if it drom below $13.25 I will buy more

1) Most of the companies they hold have monthly dividends. 2) Eit.un uses leverage 3) The individual companies they hold have a great history. Their #1 holding is Touramile Oil. It was purchased below ...more

I agree it may drop more. Better deal but, 9% Yeild not to bad. I will buy more if it drops further and it just might I agree. Cash is king but, not if it's doing nothing
