Support the merger, the only rational choice
A no vote on principle is a wasted voted. A vote for the merger gets rid of Manson and the MOZ board and provides an opportunity for upside with a very competent Calibre management team. The

It takes a vote of 66% + of MOZ share holders to accept and approve this deal. Given retail shareholders held approx 50% of shares we may still have a chance with our no votes to stop the give away
