OER should be soon releasing Q2 statements for the Upstream business which it acquired in the RTO.

The financials I just looked at had Current Liabilities $190 million greater than Current Assets.  Maybe I am looking at the wrong one.

Totally incorrect, Info Circular contemplated OER would have zero net debt at 2011 year end. Cap ex since then could not have been that great, maybe $40 million but that reduces by cash generated ...more

and Oando PLC owns 95% of the company.  So not much float nor independence.  I'll wait for the first clean quarter to come out before jumping anywhere

This is the RTO of Exile where they acquired all the eploration and production assets of Oando PLC of Nieria for shares, these assets had $159 million revs and $32 million cash flow according to SEDAR ...more
