The stock remains materially undervalued imo. Prime takeover target by a larger IT Services player who wants to compete in the Edge Computing landscape.

take out was for .70 if I remember correctly but it was management trying to go private not a buyout and it was before a reverse of 4 to 1. That means management was willing to buy all outstanding ...more
