run to NEW highs....slowly but surely!  It has more than double since March!!

Patience, the last time that PTG had a take out target was back when  PTG was @ .75 and that, my friend, goes back almost 7 years ago....since then, it has taken almost just as long for us to get  back into this type of mode!!  Risky, are you still with us here?

take out was for .70 if I remember correctly but it was management trying to go private not a buyout and it was before a reverse of 4 to 1. That means management was willing to buy all outstanding shares for a price of $2.80 a share at post rollback prices.

Thanks for the reminder, MB...it was $2.80!!  And i forgot about the rollback as well. Need a take out price here of at least $6!!!!
