IBR is dead broke and they GAVE AWAY THE TECHNOLOGY??? Why didn't they just give the plant to Toronto for nothing and not have to worry about reverse engineering?????? Why didn't they ...more

I think that IBR gave away the China deal just so that they could get the first non-corporate plant built. China probably doesn't pay anything for royalties, and if they were supposed to... how ...more
