IBR is dead broke and they GAVE AWAY THE TECHNOLOGY??? Why didn't they just give the plant to Toronto for nothing and not have to worry about reverse engineering?????? Why didn't they just give the plant to Ladysmith and not have to worry about reverse engineering??? Why didn't they just give the plant to Ireland (did you know about that one?) and not have to worry about reverse engineering?? Why didn't they just give the four (4) plants to Waste Management in California and not have to worry about reverse engineering??? Why didn't they just give the plant to the guys from Mass. and not have to worry about reverse engineering??? Why didn't they just give the plant to themselves in Vancouver and not have to worry about reverse engineering?
