The entire floar appears to be under accumulation. I am not certain who began the dump that drove the shares this low but as long as all the buying is done by parties at "arms length" then ...more

Over 60 million shares traded since March (about 30 months) , out of 88 million shares outstanding of which only about 82 million are trading . 6 million in escrow.

Most of the 2s are peeps that bought at 1.5 or lower (mostly 1.5) they just keep adding shares to the ask as they buy them.  I have been of the opinion that we would not have all this stock ...more
