A lot of denial happening...RIM infringed some patents and they will have to settle the matter in court so it may be best not to make up wildly speculative fantasies.
RIM is overpriced IMO and the shares may halve their value over the next 12 months. The US courts are not in love with Canadian businesses so it may be a little overly optimistic to expect the patent infringement matter to just go away.
If anything, RIM will sweeten the settlement offer, and the shares will rise only in the short term to end up at 50% of the present s/p within a year IMO.
