The Lookout project is located within Staccato's 100-per-cent-owned South Eureka property on the southern extension of the Cortez trend, Nevada. Current plans are to initiate drilling in early February, 2006. Staccato's management and geological team held a technical review at the company's Elko, Nev., offices on Jan. 6 to 9, 2006. The purpose of the meeting was to review and analyze the recent drill results at Lookout Mountain and determine the next drill targets. The recently completed drill program yielded high-grade zones in all three holes over significant thickness along a strike length of more than 150 metres (500 feet).
