jaxar ...if you read the first few pages of the information booklet on the merger, you will see that folks "who hold less than 993 Acclaim Units....will receive a cash payment...instead of Tristar common shares and Tristar warrants"... Same thing almost for Starpoint....if you held less than 827 Starpoint units, you will get a cash payment instead of the Tristar shares and warrants. It also explains how the price will be determined, but it's a bit unclear...says, "the price to be received by each holder will be the average price obtained by the designated investment dealer for all of the Tristar Common shares and Tristar warrants that were transferred to the investment dealer for sale on the same date as the holder's. All commissions will be borne by Tristar." Hope that helps.
