RE: Patent status of BNC's Products
Good question - hopefully someone out there knows.
I wouldn't have thought that the granting of a patent was in anyway linked to approval for its use. Obtaining a patent for a product shouldn't be contigent on permission to use it for a particular purpose.
I believe that the two issues are independant of one another.
Anyone?
