RE: Who are these idiots?-crockyI had asked about the equivalent of preliminary trial before and wasn't sure what the answer was. I don't think DB would file an argument unless they even a remote chance that it would be heard. There must be a legal precedent for them to file (according to my limited knowledge of the business law). I'm surprised Mattman didn't already answer this, I think he's lawyer of some sort. I guess it will know depend on the judge that will precede over this case this trial and what he thinks of the DB's legal position. I'm sure if he thinks it's totally absurd he will force a quick settlement or quickly rule against DB's claim. The legal system isn't designed to amused corporate types or to be part of political agenda or so I believe. I guess we shall see soon enough. Good luck all
