Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

I'm not saying ECA won't go to 40 in the next 6 months, anything is possible but I highly doubt it. Maybe 44-45 will be the 2006 low, IMHO. ECA will be canceling millions of shares daily if the price goes to 40 you can count on that and take it to the bank as well. But definitely keep powder dry on this one.
