Reuters Article on Aur from this morning.

Reuters Article on Aur from this morning.I would love to see a US listing, too. Canada's Aur says to list in Chile by end of month Wed Apr 5, 2006 9:25 AM ET SANTIAGO, Chile, April 5 (Reuters) - Canadian copper miner Aur Resources said on Wednesday it expected to complete its listing on the Santiago stock exchange by the end of the month. Aur plans to be the first non-Chilean mining company to list on the Santiago bourse as it seeks exposure to more investors in the host country for most of its mining assets. "We are submitting all the information required in Chile under Canadian regulations, but in Spanish, and it's a lot of information," Andres Verdugo, an Aur spokesman in Chile, said at the CRU Group consulting firm's World Copper Conference in Santiago. "We have the best of expectations," said Verdugo, adding that institutional investors were interested in investing in the company. Chile, the world's largest copper producer, hosts top global miners of the red metal. These include state copper company Codelco, the world's top producer, and Anglo-Australian miner BHP Billiton Ltd., among others. Aur owns 76.5 percent of the Quebrada Blanca open pit mine in northern Chile, some 170 km (106 miles) southeast of the port city of Iquique. Aur is also majority owner (63 percent) of the Andacollo mine in north-central Chile, which produces about 21,000 tonnes a year of high-quality copper cathode. © Reuters 2006. All Rights Reserved.
