RE: Buyout thoughts...Toolbox

RE: Buyout thoughts...Toolbox Honestly! No, I don't think for a minute any company will buy DOR presently. I do believe however, that one of the majors will most likely show interest in Leadbetter if the mini bulks prove the presents of larger gem stones,(which I think is the case but, it has to be proven to the market yet) and the drilling program proves the 100 million (or more) tonnes that is required to make this a feasible reserve, which I also believe will happen. I've heard rumours of a possible buyout by a major when the time is right. Will it happen? I think it will eventually happen in the $5-$10 range, similar to SGF, Windspear and others in the past. If the mini bulks show lots of larger stones, we could in reality see a $7 or $8 share price by late fall or early winter 2006. I am also of the opinion that without the larger stones the market expects from the mini bulks, we could see a retraction in share price back to the $1 range or lower. That being said though, I think the chance of that senerio is very low given the fact Joe found a 1.39 carat pink diamond and two .25 carat stones in a sluice screen in 2004. As you know, there have been 100 mini bulk samples of 6 tonnes each already sent to the lab for processing. I have been hearing that the first of the mini bulks is showing real promise and as the last NR reported, will be ready in late April, early May. I think we are on the verge of a nice upswing in the share price prior to the first mini bulks results starting as early as next week and as late as the beginning of the following week. I am not concerned about the up's and downs we are seeing now. Traders make a living buying and selling for a dime on the juniors. I think that is what we are experiencing currently with DOR. Cheers... Mad
