RE: Pembina OilCash is not required for a "buyout" Look how True and TKE.un got together. Find and BME are already in a joint venture partnership. BME could be merged with FE via an exchange of shares into a new entity or through a cashless acquisition through the issue of Capital Stock from Find's treasury.
