RE: Lacroix shares...

RE: Lacroix shares...trustees in bankruptcy arent stupid. They want to maximize value for lacroix shares. In any event, these shares will not be available for sale for a considerable period of time. And when they do become available, institutional traders will be scrambling all over themselves to get at it. They will probably be placed quietly through Westwinds intstitutional desk. So forget about them. As someone noted, most of the resource stocks closed near their highs today. Dianor got hit with a 50,000 share sell order at 3 minutes to closing. Most traders had left for the long weekend. As is often the case, long weekends portend turning points in markets. I would not at all be surprised to see renewed buying across the resource board as many of these stocks are now getting down to bargain prices, as is Dianor. Next week should see a bounce back to higher levels.
