Diamond Drilling Halts Temporarily. RAB Drilling Progress Excellent
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Diamond drill hole GHDD-031 at the company's Itetemia Gold Project reached a depth of 333 metres before it was halted because the diamond drill bit became stuck in the hole. Drill crews are working to unstick the rod and resume drilling.
The Itetemia property hosts numerous discrete gold occurrences including the Golden Horseshoe Reef which has been traced by diamond drilling to a vertical depth of approximately 440 metres. The gold mineralization occurs primarily within two discrete gold zones, the South and North zones.
Another 197 metres of RAB drilling comprising 41 holes was completed on the company's Nyanzaga North Project Area on June 19th. This highly prospective project is situated proximal to the highly prospective Nyanzaga-Kitongo-Luhala Corridor.
A major west-northwest trending shear is located towards the northern part of the Nyanzaga project area. Mineralization appears to be associated with this shear and within a granodiorite host.
