Silver Valley Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration company. The Company is focused on the advancement of strategic and precious mineral properties. The Company owns a 100% interest in a lithium and potassium bearing salar complex comprising 4,056 hectares on three mineral concessions (the Mexico-Canada Project or Mexi-Can Project) located on the Central Mexican Plateau in the states of Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. Its Santa Clara concession is located 70 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 8 km north-northwest of the town of Illescas. Its Caliguey is located 60 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 10 km east of the town of Villa de Cos.

RE: SAGANA=TECK COMINCO NEWS The stock price didn't do squat on this news. If the property was that great then I don't get it. They are giving away the farm on this. I would have drilled a few more holes b4 making any deals. Unless I'm missing something they are giving up 51% of the property on July 2007 if Cominco spends 2 mil which is pocket change to them. Then to top it off they can earn another 60% for 2 mil expenditures then then 70% for 4 mil expenditures. If they hit the mother load then I would say this is a bad deal for BTC but not Cominco and the prospector who staked the property (smelting fees baby). On the other hand I guess if BTC is hurting for money then this is a great deal. Nobody did reply on where they are get the money to work on so many properties. I guess this is part of the answer. I guess the next deal would be to farm out the Bermuda/Bamoos property. Hey Goldcorp , got any pocket change to take this project over? MM
