What do mean by a "public offering"? Will they make an offer for the balance of the shares? Methinks that they are now the single controlling shareholder anyways, so the negotiations with a third party for the GK package can now proceed as one voice, w/o holdout by the current CFV management. The balance of insider CFV is not really a concern from here on in. It would seem that the TIGs wanted to ensure that CFV mgt. would not screw up any negotiating strategy they have in place. They have now achieved this.
