RE: What is the real value of the JV lands?
good analysis crocky but when an offer is made will they look at the minimum / maximum diamond values and make an offer that is fair and just to shareholders or just make a lowball offer and see what they can squeeze from the market place.
Especially if they wait for market weakness the most they will have to offer 30-40% premium for a 20-30 day trading average, which take the share price to about 10-11 dollars at current prices.
I'm not saying we have to take the first offer and I certainly won't take a lowball offer for my shares but I'm trying to put myself in their shoes, will they try and get it on the cheap at first bid and then maybe up the offer is there is extreme opposition.
In any case I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
One thing for sure, the longer they wait the more expensive SGF will become based on proven reserves.
When the most likely time to make an offer or before the big news is reported?
Cheers and GLA
