That would be quite the razors edge DB would be walking on then. What a predicament: 1. Shore releases high grades for Pense/Cantuar, implying the older kims in the area are very juicy. Debeers comes back with the argument that they got 'short-handed' 2. Kensington shareholders come back at DeBeers with the argument that they got 'short-handed' for over 10 years and file a class-action law suit against DB. Which court battle would DB prefer to fight?
