RE: re FORD AND AZURE
RE: re FORD AND AZURE GRUMPY
As it pertains to Ford's reputation there would be no detriment to state and in fact promote a product which is manufactured in partnership with another supplier.
It's done every day and many do not know - GM- Ford - Daimler develop and produce transmission and engines together.
Shareholders are asking for efficiency and cost cutting - hence do alliances or buy - As seen in recent event ie: GM forced by it's major share holder to find a partner. / months later they come back with sorry did not work out , dunno but the CEO and associates better have a nice golden parachute for Kerkorian is not of the type to take NO for an answer.
New CEO of Ford not a FORD family member anymore - he resigned and pulled in major shuffler from Boeing - all in all it's an Industry that is shifting drastically and new alliance in dire needs.
Biggest eggwash on Ford's face - was to take a serious beating on the stock price and to have to reneg control of the destinity to an outsider - Imagine the FORDS cannot manage the Automobile Manufacturing themselves - heck what a slap in the face - Grand Daddy invented the Industry !
So a Public Association with Azure (if not more within 12 to 18 months - hint hint) I bet to say are forth coming - Boeing dude (next CEO) is a rock and roll no nonsense type a guy - hang on to your shorts and buckle the safety belt - it is about to rock in that house, in more ways then one.
They will give Toyota a run for their money within 18 months , mark my words.
GM step aside you'r not even in the race, with your boardroom fighthing and dick stepping dances.
Just an humble opinion of course - meanwhile could we get a 25% boost this year and another one next year please.....while we wait for the 30% premium+ when they buy the company.
