margarita, the mine was full of water and the equipment was derilict when present mgmt. took over. You can ask everyone who left CDC about their opinion on everyone who worked there and you'll find that they all have lots of respect for each other (except WU) and GOD forbid, even Darwish. Ask any of these guys and they will tell you that Poe had no intention whatsoever to do anything with the properties. Even the chinese partners figured that out. By the way, you stated that Poe did'nt have the financial resources to bring this to fruition. Nuff said right there, he's a loser. Always has been and definitely a HAS BEEN. In fact Poe claimed that he was a founding member of some charity and had high acclaim from the chinese fed. I don't remember exactly the name of the foundation or whatever but when Sam went over to China to check things out it turned out that it was all BS.
