CanAsia Energy Corp. is a Canada-based junior oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of, crude oil and natural gas reserves. In the Sawn Lake Central area, it operates with a 100% working interest in two oil sands leases with 11 gross sections (8.25 net sections). In the Sawn Lake South area, it operates with a 100% working interest in three oil sands leases with 16 gross sections (16 net sections).

RE: Production UP...what do you mean 90% of the juniors don't have a NAV? have you absolutely no clue jak ? all public companies have some kind of net asset value...last time I checked the minimum listing requirement was $750 2p...I would say that,generally, most of the juniors trade at multiples based on production and cash flow...in other words,what would somebody be willing to pay for the cash flow and production on a per share basis,in the open market...pretty obvious that most juniors are trading @ much lower multiples than they were afew months ago...less than$70,000/flowing boe.Mostly cuz of gas prices,increased D&p costs and general lack of froth in the sector...POE seems to be trading in that $10million/flowing boe range...seems abit lofty... All this Nav you keep talkin about jak is far from being proven economic reserves!!! its a friggen resource report!!! Somebody caught somebody with goat on this deal and all i can say AGAIN IS!!! the chickens are a cum'n cat
