from David Pescod's Late edition Dec.12

from David Pescod's Late edition Dec.12 from David Pescod"s Late edition Dec,12 Maybe we write about Oilexco a little bit too much here from time to time, but I’m sure everyone knows we own shares of it and figure it is one of the stories of the day. Yesterday, the stock got snookered...and why? We go to company President Art Millholland who is also a little bit confused and suggests “there is simply no news out”. They have started the eighth hole into the Shelly project and the weather has been “chitty” which means that they have to work around the weather on their Brenda and Nicol projects. Today as an example, he suggests that the wind is at 54 knots and the seas have waves of 11 to 25 feet. Geez, just hearing that turns my stomach! The only thing Millholland suggests is that yesterday, a hedge fund out of London decided to sell 400,000 shares and obviously sold it rather poorly. That’s the only negative news we can find anywhere about Oilexco, but then this creature seems to attract more than its share of rumors. Down the road, we still see lots of excitement for Oilexco as they get closer to cash flow and drilling the Laurel Valley, which may be one of the biggest and significant targets to be drilled in the coming year. We have hopes that we will see the price targets of Haywood analyst Fred Kozak or Josef Schachter.
