RE: Off topic-mitchellbHi, mitchellb, unfortunately didn't get to see the final down here in the states(the center ice package didn't pick it up) but the canada/usa game was great. The only change I would make is allowing the same guys to shoot over and over after the 1st three in the shootout. Kind of a bush league way to do that sort of thing. After all the best team would show their depth by going down the roster as the shootout progresses(ignoring luck of course).
Anyway, very entertaining. I would like to see the NHL go to a best of 5 instead of best of 3 in the shootout. Just think it would extend the suspense and be truer test of team depth.
