You are not telling us anything we don't know... The lawsuit, (a countersuit) the mill projections and costs are in the previous news releases and/or the MD&A. The grades and production problems at SMC are clearly mentioned in the MD&A. The Chinese money is expensed against a mill that NO ONE stated was going to cost $4M unless LBE stayed with used equipment at 400 tonnes per day; a dangerous venture with no expansion capabilities. So they opened up the tonnage and sized things for 2000 tonnes/day; permitted for 1500 t/d. The mill is on schedule for the spring; Do you not realize that the cost of phase 1..pegged at $9M and phase 2 ....at $11M or so, depending on what is put into it.. , is A THIRD of what is being paid for mills right now. Apparently a used 2,000 t/d mill sold for $37M last month, and that is NOT new equipment. By the way, you mention a contract with SMC of 55,000 tons by Jan 31 2007. In no financials or news releases has that number been mentionned.....that i have seen... You are entitled to your opinion as we are...about where LBE is now and headed...but most of us base our opinions on the facts presented before us..and the drive and determination of mgmt to increase shareholder value for all....and when you compare this junior to others..well LBE is doing exceptionally well and has accomplished very much in the last 2 years...getting that mill permit in 6 months was quite a feat in itself! I'm glad you made money.....anyone who has been in this play more than a couple of months has...and good luck with your new picks...
