It owns five mineral claims that make up the Aspen Gold Property, located in northern British Columbia, Canada. It owns mineral lode claims and certain mineral claims and interests in leases known as the Black Rock Canyon property.

Wierd, it's 10:10 PST, yet my suppossed "real time" tracker shows 9:40 for trades coming in, there must be a delay from exchange feeds? CDNX could halt it or contact the company and ask what's up....we could be seeing one of those standard "no material changes" releases anytime.
