Let me tell you my friend it was the shareholders.

Business needs to either be tech with supporting revenue stream to support the concept with royalties or be "real world". That is where you spend money, build a company, produce a product, market said product. Manufacture same and pray that it sells. When you do this you look at the cost of the product, assess the market and set a price point. Sure you can market at a low price point and hope to gain market share and cover costs this way or or or you can build a superior product and raise your price point.

The company that should be making fertiliser apparently is not too profitable. after 3 years in business you should be able to pay yourself a reasonable wage, and complain about costs and the price of tea in china. are we there? Did I miss the big anouncement? Did I miss the parade?

Have Ben and Elmer and a few others go on holidays for 4-6 months, with pay, but but but be available for consulting purposes only, have an interm president step in and take over for the period of time. at the end of this period we all review where we are at. If the future looks bright (still like that garbage statement buddy) we continue on for another 4-6 months.
