PennsaidThe problem the FDA has with Pennsaid are twofold.
1. Pennsaid is made by a wholely owned Canadian Company.
2. Most importantly, Pennsaid isn't KILLING anyone!
These are 2 very relevant facts that neither the FDA or the Big$$ Pharma industry from whence they draw their so called experts can stand.
IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY! Not SAFETY! Kevin Trudeau in his book Natural Cures is testament to that.
Just like they did to Trudeau they are attempting to stall and grind them down until Nuvo throws in the towel and turns the keys to the vault over to one of the large US Pharmas.
There would be no need for a roll out in the US because word would spread like wildfire and the online Canadian pharmacies would be buried with requests for Pennsaid and that is what the real FDA fear is all about.
